This diablo 2 fury patch is a free and MODIFIED version of the 1.09D version. This does not mean that you won't get all the patches you would get from a retail version of diablo 2.
We are currently working on a patch for diablo 2 on the 1.10 beta. We will post a link to that in the next few days.

This patch will make diablo 2 fury run faster and give you all the latest patches and fixes.
I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for the patience while we worked on our patch. The following includes changes/improvements to our patch.

Download the installation package. Inside the file, you will find all necessary files to unzip and install the mod.
To install the mod, you must start the Diablo II program and go to Options > Config Files.
Choose the'mp' folder and select the mod file 'Rename to Fury Within' for Fury Within. Uncheck 'Don't prompt me again' and press 'Save Changes'. You can now start playing. If you don't want to be prompted by the mod, select the mod file 'Don't prompt me again'.
This mod adds a few new items to the game. An Amulet of the Three Wishes, an Amulet of the Night, some Imps, and a Ring of Breath. These items will increase your hit points and mana to extreme levels, increasing your DPS, but they have a downside: they cause "Fury" effects in your attacks.
The Amulet of the Three Wishes gives 30,000 hit points and 2,500 mana. It increases your hit points to 40,000 and mana to 5,000.
The Amulet of the Night gives 30,000 hit points and 2,500 mana. It increases your hit points to 40,000 and mana to 5,000. It causes Fury effects when you receive damage.
The Imps give 100 hit points. They cause Fury effects when you attack, and they remove Fury effects when you use mana.
The Ring of Breath increases your mana by 10,000 and your hit points by 10,000. It causes Fury effects when you use mana.
